The old shepherd's cottage has been transformed into a spacious living area containing a large kitchen, dining and lounge area. There is a separate bedroom and bathroom.

 

The cottage is fully equipped with stove, oven, a large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave oven in the kitchen area. There is a dining table with 4 chairs and in the lounge area a coffee table with 4 armchairs and a TV (with both French and European channels).

 

There is an attached garage and terrasses to front and back, both with tables and chairs, and a barbecue.

 

Beneath the main accomodation there is a laundry and a storage room.

 

Behind the house is a garden and lawn with sun loungers and direct access to the forest.  The Bergerie is very calm and secluded. Its ideal orientation gives the morning sun to the back of the property and the afternoon sun to the front.

 

Small domestic pets will be accepted after agreement with the owners
